Boston Triathlon Club offers the chance to try something new. Whether experienced in Triathlon or just starting out, exciting and fun training sessions in all disciplines can help you improve skills and gain confidence. We welcome new comers but request they join the club after 2 sessions.

On the first Wednesday of each month, we meet at the Princess Royal at 6pm for a variety of intensity training which takes the body through hard active recovery before moving onto distance work. Because we go from hard run/sprints the long run pace feels easier and is faster than your usual pace.

Adult Swimming is at the Geoff Moulder Leisure Pool Both provide a full hour of coached swimming drills which cater for all abilities.
